Public transportation is the type of transportation that involves lives of may people. This phenomenon is facing now, is not adequate public transport performance service quality has not been a priority. The main priority now is a cheap public transport, so affordable by all levels of society. Often, this reason is used to degrade the quality of service. Generosity is often at the expense, reliability, and convenience are the three most importat things in transportation. Yogyakarta as a big city with population exceeding one million can not be separated from the problems associated with transportation. The result of the quality of urban public transport service in Yogyakarta shows that the average performance below expectations, so it can be concluded that it was not satisfied yet with the quality of service provided
