PROSES IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENATAAN PKL DI KOTA MAGELANG

This study discusses how the process of Policy Implementation Setup Street Merchant (street vendors) in Magelang hitherto difficult problem of street vendors to be disciplined. Arrangement of street vendors by the government of Magelang Municipality aims for environmental cleanliness and beauty of the city and also provides benefits to the community. This study is a descriptive study with qualitative analysis in an attempt to get information and to submit facts carefully and clearly in connection with the arrangement of street hawkers in the city of Magelang. Data sources and people who have capacity and authority to provide information about the arrangement of street hawkers in the city of Magclang. Techniques of data collection arc done by observation and direct interviews, while data analysis techniques used interactive model which consists of the collection, reduction, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. After observation and analysis of indicator implementation of the policy arrangement of street vendors in Magelang then obtained the conclusion that the arrangement made by the Market Management Office with data collection PKL. Magelang, Regulation No. 3 in 2006, community participation, economic benefits. environmental hygiene, beauty and well-being of society
