Analysis of the employee benefits in a particular company

This bachelor’s thesis deals with an analysis of employee benefits in a specific company. The aim of the thesis is to present the company’s benefit system, evaluate it from the perspective of taxation convenience, assess how familiar and satisfied with the system are the employees, and at the same time, find out if it is also attractive for potential candidates. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains a definition of the concept of an employee benefit, its significance, goals and shortcomings. Next, the individual types of employee benefits and their convenience from the point of view of taxation are characterised and also the current trends in the area are mentioned. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to the analysis of data obtained from internal and external questionnaires and examines the individual benefits from the viewpoint of taxation convenience and costs. Based on the results of the mentioned analyses, the thesis offers in its conclusion the final assessments with applicable recommendations.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zaměstnaneckých benefitů v konkrétní společnosti. Cílem práce je představit systém benefitů, který firma nabízí, zhodnotit ho z pohledu daňové výhodnosti, posoudit spokojenost a informovanost zaměstnanců společnosti s tímto systémem a zároveň zjistit, zda je nabídka atraktivní i pro potencionální uchazeče o zaměstnání. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmu benefit, jeho významu, cílů a nedostatků. Dále jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé druhy zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich daňová výhodnost a zmíněny jsou i současné trendy v této oblasti. Praktická část práce se věnuje analýze dat získaných pomocí interního a externího dotazníkového šetření a rozebírá jednotlivé benefity z pohledu nákladů a daňové výhodnosti. V závěru práce jsou na základě výsledků zmíněných analýz předložena zhodnocení a možná doporučení
