This bachelor’s thesis deals with an analysis of employee benefits in a specific company. The aim of the thesis is to present the company’s benefit system, evaluate it from the perspective of taxation convenience, assess how familiar and satisfied with the system are the employees, and at the same time, find out if it is also attractive for potential candidates. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains a definition of the concept of an employee benefit, its significance, goals and shortcomings.
