Analysis of the employee benefit system in a company

The bachelor thesis of a title "Analysis of the employee benefit system in a company" deals with employee benefits and their application in companies nowadays. The theoretical part focuses on a reward system in general, in which the employee benefits are described in detail. In this part there is a classification of benefits following the current theories and the methods of providing benefits. The detailed information about goals, purposes and current trends in the employee benefit systems are mentioned in this chapter as well. The last subchapter of the theoretical part describes the benefit system regarding the tax aspects. In the practical part there is a description of a particular company and its employee benefits offer which was analyzed from positive and negative point of view. The employee preferences regarding the benefits in the company were indicated by a questionnaire research. It was also investigated a reason of employee dissatisfaction with some benefits. The results of the research are evaluated in the end of the thesis. The solution eliminating imperfection and the optimization suggestion of the benefit system are also mentioned in the conclusion
