The Analysis of the Employee Benefit System at a Particular Organization

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on employee benefits at a particular organization. The first part summarizes basic theoretical knowledge gained from professional literature. The second part introduces the particular organization, its history and the current system of employee benefits, which is analyzed by means of a survey. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the employee satisfaction with employee benefits and to identify strengths and weaknesses of this benefit system. The final part defines measures to be taken to improve functioning of the benefit system at the particular organization
