Purpose of this diploma is to propose a new functional sales process for an educational company in the B2B market. The theoretical part describes models of personal selling, ways of managing the sales pipeline and customer relationships, ways of measuring performance in sales, marketing and business performance, and the latest trends in the industry. The current condition of the surveyed company was analyzed using semi-structured interviews. In the practical part, strategic analysis and customer segmentation were performed and a comprehensive sales process is designed, including a way of evaluating its successful management.
