The goal of this master’s thesis is to analyze the current state of a sales team of the company Schools United s.r.o. and then based on the results of the analysis come up with a propositions of how to develop the sales team. The theoretical part describes several models that are focused on job interveiw, onboarding process, onboarding plan, knowledge management, knowledge base, training, performance management, customer relationship management, sales pipeline and saless funnel. The current state of the company’s sales team is examined by semi-structured interviews including content analysis, observing and analysis of secondary data. In practical part, there are suggested steps and models for developing the sales team in Schools United s.r....
