The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the competitive strategy of Alza.cz a.s. and to determine its sustainability. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis will contain the characteristics of individual concepts of competitive strategies and methods of strategic analysis using specialized literature. The practical part will use these analyzes for the selected company, namely the analysis of competitors, portfolio analysis, financial analysis, VRIO analysis and Porter’s model of five forces.
