This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation, and promotion on the employee loyalty through employee job satisfaction. The population of this research is 65 Metrocom employees in Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study is 50 employees. The data collection is done by using questionnaires. The analysis techniques uses are Linear Regression and Analyzing Paths. The research method used in this research is descriptive method verification with ex post facto approach and survey.
