This study aims to find out the effect of leadership style, reward system, infrastructure through employee satisfaction toward employee loyalty. The population of this study is all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Generation of SUMBAGSEL Bandar Lampung Genaration Control Sector as many as 140 people. The sampling done by using probability sampling which belongs to simple random sampling method. So the sample gotten are 104 people. The data collection is done by using questionnaires. The analysis technique uses Linear Regression and Path Analysis.
