Article aims to test manager´s behavior and response towards business environment. The study develops ideas how to extend current management theory by behavioral approach. Research method is based on in-depth empirical qualitative analysis, results are subject of quantitative verification by statistical methods which allows more perfect results. Research proceeds inductively, it means that new knowledge is generated as outcome and matched to theories.
