Formación previa al servicio docente en el cantón Sigchos.

The present research study studies Pre-service training for teaching service in Sigchos Canton. It lets us to know how it affects the training teaching in the professionals? At the same time, it will help the teacher to be prepared and updated before teaching a class. In addition it will be the base to form successful professional that contributes to the society with a new ideology and with different professional traits. The general objective of the research is to investigate the current situation of pre-service training for teaching service in Sigchos Canton through the collection of investigated data. The purpose is to contribute with the relevant data for the development of the Macro Project of Basic Education Career. The next steps to follow are: to collect information, design a methodology and analyze the collected data through the acquired information. The research is formative because is part of the process of professional training within the university. In order to obtain trained professionals capable of resolving any circumstance that occurs within their professional life. The data will be taken in a directly way to discover results that identify failures. In addition to support educational development, the Ministry of Education has implemented tests and follow-up courses both to select its members and also to train them in the teaching areas. But the teacher has failed to meet the requirement that the INEVAL requires. That is the reason why teachers cannot get a job easily. This project will help to take into account the correct model of professional training that is to say in the pedagogical area as well as in the use of the technology by teachers.El presente trabajo de investigación estudia la formación previa a los servicios docentes en el cantón Sigchos para saber el ¿cómo incide la formación docente en los profesionales? Y a su vez ayudara al impartidor de conocimientos a estar preparado y actualizado antes de promover una clase además será la base del formar profesionales exitosos que contribuyan en la sociedad con una nueva ideología y con diferentes rasgos profesionales. El objetivo general de la investigación es el indagar la situación actual de la formación previa al servicio docente en el cantón Sigchos, mediante la recolección de datos investigados, con la finalidad de contribuir con datos relevantes que aporte para el desarrollo del proyecto Macro de la Carrera de Educación Básica. Los siguientes pasos a cumplir son recolectar información diseñar una metodología y analizar datos recolectados atreves de la información adquirida. La investigación es formativa ya que forma parte del proceso de formación profesional dentro de la universidad con el fin de obtener profesionales capacitados capase de resolver cualquier circunstancia que acontezcan dentro de su vida profesional los datos serán tomados de manera directa y de esta manera descubrir resultados que identifique falencias. Además para apoyar al desarrollo educativo el ministerio de educación ha implementado pruebas y cursos a seguir tanto como para seleccionar a sus miembros como también para su formación en las áreas pedagógicas pero para lo cual el docente no ha logrado cumplir con el puntaje requerido que exige en el INEVAL llegando a tener dificultades para obtener un trabajo este proyecto ayudara a tomarse muy en cuenta a que corrijamos el modelos de formación profesional es decir tanto en el área pedagógicos como también en el manejo de la tecnología por parte de docentes.Universidad Técnica de Cotopax
