Abstract: The existence of civil servants in the era of reform and the implementation of regional autonomy has a very strategic position, as smoothly or not, good or bad governance and public services, is dependent upon its competence. Increased competence of civil servants depend how leadership style a leader in influencing the behavior of the people they lead to foster mutual understanding, awareness and wholeheartedly in the work, so that all of the organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently.
