(bzs. rnk.), tablo ; 29 cm.Bu araştırmada defne meyvesinden geleneksel kaynatma metodu ile elde edilen yağ miktarını artırabilmek amacıyla üç aşamadan oluşan yağ çıkarma tekniği çalışılmıştır. Defne meyvesi önerilen bu yeni yöntemle kurutma, vidalı pres ve kimyasal ekstraksiyon işleminden oluşmaktadır. Defne meyvelerinin vidalı pres ile yağının çıkarılabilmesi için ürün neminin % 7-9 aralığına çekilmesi gerekmektedir. İstenilen bu nem değerlerine ulaşabilmek için defne meyveleri mikrodalga, kızılötesi ışınım, vakum ve sıcak hava ile kurutulmuştur.
