ABSTRACT Improved performance in a hospital is a description of the seriousness of various parties including nurses in carrying out the nursing process to the patient optimally. The decline in the performance of nurses can be influenced by several factors mainly the work of nurses motivating factor in itself. Motivation is a condition that can affect, stir, move, and maintain a person's behavior in carrying out the work to achieve the goal.
