Name of Property: Neilson/Wright House; original owner of property: Orson Sanders in 1910; The architect, Lenord C. Neilson and his wife, Annie M. Neilson, purchased a large piece of the property from Signe Peterson in 1925 and constructed the house in 1932. Interstate Fidelity Bldg. & Loan took over the property in a sheriff's deed in August of 1932, probably due to the economics of the Great Depression. In 1934 they sold the house to Ada Thomas Wright who most likely used it as an income property until it was sold in 1963. Paul G. and Inez Davis held the property for three years, 1963 to 1966. Stephen Kondor owned the property from 1966 to 1974. The current owners purchased in 1974 from the Kondors
