Ciljevi istraživanja: Odrediti koncentraciju stanica pri kojoj je diferencijacija preadipocita najučinkovitija, odrediti učinak različitih koncentracija lijekova za indukciju adipogeneze na učinkovitost diferencijacije preadipocita, te odrediti vremenski period potreban za maksimalnu diferencijaciju preadipocita u zrele adipocite. Nacrt studije: Istraživanje je provedeno kao randomizirani kontrolirani proces. Materijali i metode: 3T3 L1 stanična linija mišjih preadipocita uzgajana je u DMEM-u uz dodatak 10 % FBS i 1%-tne otopine antibiotika/antimikotika, na temperaturi od 37 °C, u vlažnom atmosferskom zraku s 5 % CO2.
