Badania molekularne mające na celu wykrycie mutacji genu EGFR i rearanżacji genu ALK wykonuje się rutynowo w zaawansowanym niedrobnokomórkowym raku płuca (NDRP) w celu właściwej kwalifikacji chorych do terapii ukierunkowanych molekularnie. Przedstawiamy polskie zalecenia metodyczne prowadzenia diagnostyki molekularnej nieprawidłowości w genach EGFR i ALK.
