Aim: prospective exercise testing (ET) evaluation in patientswith primary fibromyalgia (PF) submit to supervised cardiovascular training (SCT). Casuistic and method: thirteen women with PF, mean age of 48,9 years, were submitted to a ET on treadmill (Ellestad protocol), in the time zero, after three and six months of SCT. The interruption criteria for ET were tiredness and pain. For the SCT were established zone of 60% to 70% of the maxim heart rate (HR), calculated by the Karvonen method.
