This study was to determine the effect of achievement motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the UST Yogyakarta Public Administration Bureau (BAU) with a sample of 35 employees. Researchers use data collection techniques or questionnaires to determine whether achievement motivation and work discipline are partially or jointly positive and significant to employee performance.
