Abstract This study aims to test, analyze and find out: 1) Does motivation affect performance; 2) Does work discipline affect performance; and 3) Whether motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence performance. The design in this study uses quantitative research methods, the population as well as the sample reaches 50 people. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and literature study. This research was analyzed using quantitative techniques with the help of SPSS 26 software.
