The purpose of this study was to determine several factors that affect employee performance at PT. BRI Bank Purwodadi Grobogan in terms of the factors that influence it, namely motivation, job satisfaction. Tests conducted in this study using the research instrument test that is the validity test and reliability test, the classic assumption test is the normalist test, the hypothesis test is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination or R2 test. The data in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents (employees of PT. BRI Bank Purwodadi Grobogan), samples taken were 150 employees.
