PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN AKUNTANSI PADA BANK JATIM SURABAYA

The study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance accounting in Surabaya Bank Jatim. This study uses kuantitaitf approach. The data collection techniques used questionnaires. The population in this study are employees of the company Surabaya Bank Jatim. The technique used to determine the sample in this research is to use a nonrandom sampling. This study uses data analysis techniques of multiple linear regression. The results showed motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance accounting. This result explains that when motivation and job satisfaction of every employee decline or rise simultaneously will have a direct impact on employee performance. when employees feel motivated and satisfied with the work and any other supporting facilities that have been provided by the company, the employee will demonstrate the ability to provide the best the maximum contribution to the company's achievement of corporate objectives that have been determined.
