GERMINATION AND MULTIPLICATION OF CARNATION USING BAP AND KIN IN VITRO

Aiming to establish a system of in vitro multiplication for the harpsichord, the seeds were sterilized in sodium hypochlorite and inoculated in MS. The induction of axillary buds used the BAP and Kinetin (KIN) at concentrations of 0; 2,0 and 4,0 mg/L.
