Pelvik organ prolapsusus, genellikle postmenopozal yıllarda veya klimakterik dönemde oluşsa da, fertilitesinin devamını arzu eden genç kadınlarda da bazen gözlenebilir. Pelvik taban cerrahisinde geleneksel transvajinal ve transabdominal yaklaşımlara ek olarak, laparoskopik yöntemler günümüzde yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Çalışmamızda, semptomatik uterovajinal prolapsusu nedeniyle laparoskopik sakroservikopeksi uyguladığımız 6 hasta ile ilgili operasyon tekniği ve sonuçları değerlendirdik. Ortalama operasyon süresi 89 (80-100) dakika idi. Tüm hastalar postoperatif birinci gün taburcu edildi ve ortalama kan kaybı tüm hastalarda 100 ml'den az bulundu.
