Though pelvic organ prolapse is usually encountered during climacteric and postmenopausal years, it may sometimes be seen in young woman who desire to retain their fertility. In addition to conventional transvaginal and tranabdominal approaches, laparoscopic procedures are now widely being used in pelvic floor surgery. We presented six patients with symptomatic uterovaginal prolapse managed with laparoscopic sacro-cervicopexy. The mean operation time is 89 (80-100) minutes. All these patients were discharged from hospital in the first postoperative day and the blood loss was lower than 100 ml in all patients.
