Objective: To show an original technique of a new combined vaginal-laparoscopic lateral suspension in Hysteropexy with cistocele and rectocele. In recent years, changes in attitudes toward sexuality, psychological value of reproductive organs and the desire to preserve fertility have led to a growing interest in uterine-preserving surgery for Pelvic Organ prolapse.
