Neil Rolde, chairman of the Seacoast Shipyard Association, the independent lobbying arm of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, yesterday said that the U.S. Navy\u27s decision to continue transporting spent fuel from nuclear-powered vessels to the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory is fine with him.
