Nate Laliberte, 12, of Portland, has organized the Children of War Benefit show, which will be held tomorrow evening at the Portland High School Auditorium. The proceeds will go to two local groups--the Children of War Rescue Project and the Maine Irish Children\u27s Program--which are working to better the lives of children in warring countries. About $2,000 is expected to raised for each organization
