Portland artist Henry Wolyniec today will begin installing his temporary sculpture On Der Ground, a 55-foot-long serpentine curve, on the grass island on the square in front of Bagel Works on Temple Street in Portland. The sculpture is the first to go through the city\u27s new review for temporary public art, and is made from pieces of lumber Wolyniec found around the city. Details
