Portland\u27s Public Art Commission has unveiled 17 proposals for artist-designed benches that will be installed along the new Bayside Trail. The designs are on display in the Lewis Gallery at the Portland Public Library and will be on view through September 30. Members of the public can leave comments in a comment box
