ЭПИГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЕ ФАКТОРЫ РИСКА ВНУТРИУТРОБНОЙ СЕНСИБИЛИЗАЦИИ К АЛЛЕРГЕНАМ В СИСТЕМЕ «МАТЬ-ПЛОД-НОВОРОЖДЕННЫЙ»

A comparative study of the state of health of 110 women with allergopathology at the stage of pregnancy and their newborn children, with an assessment of the influence of factors burdening fetal fetal development and contributing to the implementation of allergopathology in the first months of life.Trigger factors of disturbances in the formation of the intestinal microbiota, immune system and congenital decrease in the resistance of the child's organism — gestosis (c2 = 5.2, p = 0.022), Feto-placental insufficiency (c2 = 6.2, p = 0.012), chronic intrauterine fetal hypoxia (c2 = 5.7, p = 0.017), due to the presence in a woman with an allergic disease of combined somatic pathology and pathology of the genitals, malnutrition and microecological status.Such women should be classified as a high-risk group for intrauterine fetal sensitization and taken from the first days of pregnancy for primary prevention of allergopathology already at the stage of intrauterine development of the fetus. Проведено сравнительное изучение состояния здоровья 110 женщин с аллергопатологией на этапе беременности и их новорожденных детей, с оценкой влияния факторов, отягощающих внутриутробное развитие плода и способствующих реализации аллергопатологии в первые месяцы жизни.Установлены триггерные факторы нарушений становления кишечной микробиоты, иммунной системы и врожденного снижения резистентности организма ребенка — гестоз (c2 = 5,2; р = 0,022), ФПН (c2 = 6,2; р = 0,012), ХВГП (c2 = 5,7; р = 0,017), обусловленные наличием у женщины с аллергическим заболеванием сочетанной соматической патологии и патологии гениталий, нарушений питания и микроэкологического статуса.Такие женщины должны быть отнесены в группу высокого риска по внутриутробной сенсибилизации плода и взяты на учет с первых дней беременности для проведения первичной профилактики аллергопатологии уже на этапе внутриутробного развития плода.
