She passed away peacefully at Prairie Rose Lodge where she had been a resident for the past several years. Survivors include her daughter Mrs. Edith Scott of Raymond. Once again we w; . endeavour to have a police report, at least once per month, to make people aware of happenings in Magrath and area. Since our last report in June, we have had a rather busy summer. In June there were 5 thefts under $200, 1 break-in and 1 wilful damage. In July there were 8 thefts under $200, 2 - • break-ins, 1 wilful damage, 1 assault, 1 im­paired driver and 1 liquor charge. In August there were 5 thefts under $200, 1 theft over $200, 1 break in, 5 wilful dam­age, 1 disturbance, 1 assault, 1 indecent assault, 3 falsfe pretences, 2 impaired driv­ers, 1 liquor charge and 1-24 hour license > , Fiberflosuspension. In September there were 3 thefts under $200, 2 thefts over $200, 1 theft of auto, 3 wilful damage, 1 false pretence, 1 im­paired driver and 2 liquor charges. In October there were 4 break ins, 4 wil­ful damage,1 assault, 1 disturbance, 1 theft over $200, 2 liquor charges and 1 24 hour license suspension. Association will be held Wednesday, Dec. 1, 1982 at 8 p.m. in the Drop In Centre, to elect a committee to look after the affairs of the Association. Space does not per­mit the entire item, however we would like to remind readers that Cheese is an important part of the Canadian diet and invite you to try this great Alberta Cheese Recipe she sent. CHEESE STRATA 750 ml (3 cups) French bread, cubed 750 ml cooked ham cubed or 450 g (1 lb) prepared shrimp 100 g lb) Alberta Cheddar Cheese 60 g (1/8 lb) Alberta Colby 60 g Alberta Mozzarella 45 ml (3 tbsp) flour 45 ml melted butter, 4 eggs 750 ml (3 cups) milk. 3 ml (-j tsp) dry mustard. Cut cheddar, colby and mozzarello cheese into 1" cubes. Make al layer of 1/3 bread, ham & cheese cubes in buttered straight sided 2.5 L (10 cup) dish. Mix flour/mustard in a cup, sprinkle 20 ml (1-1/3)) over the layer, drizzle 15 ml (1 tbsp) melted butter over. Re­peat with remaining bread, ham, cheese, flour mixture and butter to make 2 more layers. Beat eggs with milk (add a few drops of Tabasco if you like a piquant taste) until foamy in a medium size bowl; pour over layers in baking dish. Cover. Chill at least four hours or overnight.
