New Law Clerks Begin Work at the Supreme Court

The North Dakota Supreme Court is pleased to announce the following individuals who have been selected to serve a one-year clerkship with the North Dakota Supreme Court for the 2015-2016 term beginning on August 1, 2015. Zachary Eiken of Williston, North Dakota, received a B.A. in History with a minor in Economics from the University of North Dakota. Mr. Eiken received his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in May 2015. Zachary is the son of Dwight and Suzanne Eiken of Williston, North Dakota. Nick Henes of Bismarck, North Dakota, received a B.S. in Geography from the University of North Dakota. Mr. Henes received his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in May 2015. Nick is married to his wife, Kayla, and is the son of James and LaVonne Henes of Bismarck, North Dakota. Quinn Hochhalter of Bismarck, North Dakota, received a B.A. in English Literature from Montana State University. Ms. Hochhalter received her J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in May 2015. Quinn is the daughter of Clare and Susan Hochhalter of Bismarck, North Dakota. Matthew Kirschenmann of Fargo, North Dakota, received a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in English Writing Studies from the North Dakota State University. Mr. Kirschenmann received his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in May 2015. Matthew is the son of Don Kirschenmann and Marietta Rasmussen of Fargo, North Dakota. Krista Thompson of Billings, Montana, received a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology and a minor in Chemical Dependency from the University of North Dakota. Ms. Thompson received her J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in May 2015. Krista is the daughter of Doug and Angie Thompson of Billings, Montana
