In June, Professor Kirsten Dauphinais presented at the Association of Legal Writing Directors Conference at Marquette University School of Law in Milwaukee, WI. Her subject of her presentation was Doing It Our Way in the Law School Curriculum: It Was You All Along, in which she discussed how legal writing professors can utilize their unique expertise in experiential learning, writing across the curriculum, and assessment to make a significant impact on the curricula at their schools and increase their influence and status on law faculties where unequal treatment is a concern.
