AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction and Work Competence on employee performance at PT Berlian Eka Sakti Tangguh.The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques with questionnaires (statements). Population and sample in the study were 82 respondents. The results of the discussion explained that the showed that each of the variables influence job satisfaction and work competency on employee performance at PT Berlian Eka Sakti Tangguh.The amount of Adjusted R Square value is 0.511 which means that the independent variables consisting of job satisfaction and work competence can explain employee performance by 51.1% and the remaining 48.9% are explained by othe...
