This study was made to examine the effect of the work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population and sample used to conduct this research are employees of Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Surakarta (KPPBC Surakarta). The sampling technique used is a saturated sample so that all employees are involved to become respondents with a total of 142 people.
