Performance is the result of work in quality or quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This research was conducted at PT. Indobali Satya Graha Denpasar which is located at Gatot Subroto No. 98A Denpasar. The number of respondents taken are all employees at PT. Indobali Satya Graha, totaling 40 people. Data was collected through observation, literature study, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
