The objective of this study was to evaluate the consumption of supplements based on protein and the knowledge about food protein source for practitioners of weight training in gyms of the city of Toritama-PE. 53 practitioners of weight training who consumed exclusive protein supplementation aged between 18 and 40 years were evaluated.
