Hands-on activities were created by welding and math instructors in order to engage welding students in their math classes. Most activities involve using hands-on tools and fabricated items as part of a "math kit". Videos were made in conjunction with the NEW Manufacturing Alliance at different manufacturing locations in order to show how math is used in manufacturing and more specifically welding.
