This work studied the need for the use of exogenous auxinindole-butyl acid (IBA) on rooting cuttings of Varronia curassavica Jacq. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse, with partial control of temperature and humidity in the experimental area of Horticultural sector of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology (IFTM) in Uberaba, MG, Brazil. It has been evaluated the effects of different AIB doses in the rooting process of cuttings (0, 200, 400, 600, 800 e 1000 mg L-1), then planted in plastic tubes containing a mixture of sand and vermiculite in-house-vegetation.
