Caring behavior is the behavior shown by nurses when carrying out nursing actions. This study aims to determine the relationship between work stress and nurse caring behavior is moderated by agreeableness personality. In this study using quantitative correlation research. The subjects of this study were UPTD nurses Puskesmas Ganti Praya Timur with number 140 people. The measuring instrument used is the scale of caring inventory behavior, work stress, and agreeableness scale. The data analysis technique used in this study uses Moderated Regressionn Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship and significant work stress and nursing caring behavior. Personality agreeableness is also able to moderate the relationship between work stress and caring behavior
