PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. SURYA MILLINIA ABADI

The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of working environment and motivation towards labor performance ate PT Surya MilliniaAbadi. The subjects involved in this study were 55 labors of 120 total populations. The technique used in selecting the subjects was simple random sampling. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS 15.00 software.
