Add to ORKGThe bachelor thesis “Apartment house Polička” is focused on the creation of project documentation for a block of flats, which has three floors, a partial basement and a flat roof and is built in mildly steep ground. From the constructional point of view it is a simple building which does not disrupt built-up area in Bezručova locality and is in compliance with local planning of the town Polička and its valid housebuilding regulations. In the building there are 12 flats. The area of basement will be used for technical devices and 12 cellar cells will be at the disposal of the flat owners. The building is masonry and thermally insulated by facade boards
