Add to ORKGThe subject of the bachelor thesis is the development of project documentation for a residential building in Polička. The building is designed as a four-storey building with a partial basement. There are 17 residential units of different sizes on the above-ground floors. In the basement of the building are designed cellars belonging to individual housing units, a technical room, a bike room and a laundry room. A terrace or a balcony belongs to all residential units. The building is based on monolithic foundations made of plain concrete. The perimeter masonry in the basement is made of lost formwork. Above ground floors are brick.
