This is a detached building with a slightly sloping ground with three floors above ground and one underground floor. On the above – ground floors are 3 flats of 3 rooms + kitchen corner and 3 flats of 4 rooms + kitchen corner, there is a technical background on the basement floor. Parking spaces are provided on the parcel. The construction system is made of the Porotherm masonry components. Horizontal structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced slab, the roof is designed as a flat roof
