Organizational commitment is one of the important aspects in the employee development process. With a strong organizational commitment, the company will have loyal employees who want to work wholeheartedly for the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, leadership, and compensation on organizational commitment. This study uses a type of primary data that is distributed to employees of PT.
