Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. Nusantara Medika Utama Mojokerto)

This research aims to determine the influence motivation and organizational commitment to employees performance. The role of motivation is very important to establish and develop a commitment-based employee who will produce a thought on the employee that is not because they are paid to commit, but because choose to commit. Employees who are motivated and have a strong commitment can be regarded as an asset to the company because of the high motivation and commitment on the employee, the employee's performance will be a great opportunity to increase. This research is an explanatory research. Population is all employees in the company, there are 72 respondents as sample of this research by using purposive random sampling method. The data collection method conducted by questionnaire. Data analysis used in this study are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with F test and t test to examine overall and partial influence between variables. The results of this study showed that motivation and organizational commitment are simultaneously and partially effect on employees performance.
