The purpose of the research was to analyze the influence of motivation, organizazional commitment, and disciplined work partially or simultaneous performance agains UKM Star My. Respondents surveyed are employees of UKM Star My totaled 46 people. The samples in this study using total sampling or census technique wich takes the overall population of 46 people. Analisis tools used using the scale range , classic assumption test and multiple linier regression. Hypotesis testing using t-test and F-test range scale analysis. Result show that high employee performance, motivation of employees classified as good, organizational commitment and discipline work belongs to high.
