This study aims to determine leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment and find out the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The respondents of this study were 36 permanent employees of the TaniBahagiaGondang KUD. Sampling is done by the total sampling technique. Respondents are employees who have worked for companies with more than 4-18 years of service working in the PC division (Push Cutter) having workers of 26 workers and in the GL division (Milling) having workers of 10 workers.
